Tears of the Kingdom: Apapes Lightroot map location
The Apapes Lightroot location in Tears of the Kingdom can be found by going to coordinates 0126, 0863, 0010 – as shown in the image above. There’s a chasm that leads directly to it, and because the Lightroot is on an isolated island in the depths it’s the only way to get there easily.
The entrance can be found to the east of Hyrule Castle over the moat. There’s a hole in the rocks that you can use to access the chasm.
This entrance is just below Hyrule Forest Park. You’ll just have to swim inside the hole in the rocks then dive through the chasm to reach the Apapes Lightroot.
Tears of the Kingdom: Finding the Apapes Lightroot
Once you’ve gone through the chasm to reach the depths you will encounter a Blue White Frox. This is a powerful enemy in this game so you should probably avoid it unless you come here with enough hearts and equipment to deal with it.
If you want to kill it, you’ll have to stun it by shooting its eye or shooting bombs in its mouth. Then climb to the top of the Frox’s back and smash all the ore deposits to damage it.
Once it’s dealt with, just look around in the vicinity for the Lightroot. It will be glowing through the darkness like all other Lightroots.
That’s all you need to know on how to find the Apapes Lightroot in Tears of the Kingdom.
