As promised earlier this week, we’re going to try to let you know of any great deals that come about, and today we’re happy to let you know that Borderlands 2 is going pretty cheap over on Amazon.
Unfortunately this particular deal only applies to PC gamers who are willing to wait a few hours for a heft download, as Borderlands 2 is being made available for the lowly sum of $20. Yes, $20.
Borderlands 2 typically retails for $60, so you’re already saving $40 by getting the base game, but then you can also get the Season Pass for just $10, or better yet, get Borderlands 2 and the Season Pass in one package and you’ll only pay $25, saving you a massive $65 in total.
It’s a fantastic deal but there is the drawback of it being a digital title, you’ll have to wait around for the download to finish and you won’t be able to trade in towards another game sometime down the line. Still, for $25 you really can’t go wrong, so if Borderlands 2 has somehow managed to pass you by, now is your best chance to get in on the action for a more than reasonable price.
