Is this really happening?! Platinum Games’ Bayonetta is coming to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. Think this is just a hoax? Well just look at this reveal trailer (courtesy of GameXplain):

Bayonetta was purportedly the number one worldwide choice in the Smash Polls, which explains her inclusion. She comes armed with heavy focus on overly intricate combos, Bayo 1 and 2 appearances, stripperific wicked weave final smashes, Witch Time dodges, and even a long taunt where she makes “your mum” jokes. She looks like she controls similarly to her Bayonetta 2 appearance.

The Bayonetta character pack also comes with a brand new stage: The Clocktower Freefall from Bayonetta 1’s opening, complete with sporadic entrances by Bayonetta 1 bosses. Also revealed were Cloud (as was shown before) and Chorrin, the new protagonist from Fire Emblem Fates, but honestly who was expecting something as adult as Bayonetta to appear in Smash Bros?!
