It’s been a rather sad week for British people: First, music legend and one-time video-game star David Bowie kicked the bucket, then his fellow Brit, Alan Rickman, went and left us, too. It’s been a proper rough one, hasn’t it?
Well, it does get better with time. David Bowie was actually in a video-game once. Did you know that? Probably not, it was a long time ago. For those who missed out on it, Square Enix is offering Omikron: The Nomad Soul for free on its website. It’s a nice way to pay tribute to the fella, so we’ll be giving this one a download. It’s only on PC, mind, but the chances are that you’ll be able to run it on just about any machine you install it on; the game is ancient by today’s standards. You can find the download here at Square Enix’s official web shop.
