Gaming is an expensive hobby – new releases can cost up to £69.99 in the UK with prices rising even further as you venture across Europe and over to Australia, so it’s always a pleasure to see top games going for bottom prices.
Yes, The Last of Us may be old news now but it’s still a cracking game. If you’ve not yet delved into Naughty Dog’s touching post-apocalyptic tale, this is the perfect time to do so, and on the cheap!
UK retailer John Lewis is currently selling the PS3 version of The Last of Us for bang-on £9, not a penny more, not a penny less.
There is a slight catch though – you’ll have to venture outside and actually visit the store to benefit from this bargain, you may even have to speak to people without calling them a “n00b”.
No online delivery here, though considering it’s £13 cheaper than Amazon it’s worth the trek into town.
So if you’re still kicking back with the PS3, why not pick it up? There are worse ways to spend a tenner, though if you’re on the PS4 you’ll probably want to pick up the re-mastered edition which isn’t too badly priced on Amazon.
