Elder Scrolls Online has a lot of DLC for players to get stuck into, and in this guide, we’ve put all ESO expansions in order so you can easily see when they were released. Keeping track of all the expansions can be quite confusing, especially if you’re a newer player, but we’re here to help!

All ESO Chapters in order
The main expansions of ESO, called Chapters, began with the release of Morrowind back in 2017. Since then we’ve seen a lot more major DLC releases, and we’ve listed all the main ESO expansions in order below.
These expansions typically release once a year due to the scope of them. They add new zones and new storylines to the game. Purchasing the latest Chapter at retail will provide you with all previous Chapters, meaning you can experience all the Chapters with one purchase. However, upgrading to a new Chapter does not give you the previous ones.
