Runes are an important aspect of building efficiency on your Glaivier in Lost Ark. Remember that runes are account-wide, so if you have already obtained any on other characters, you can use those. Simply go into your skills UI (Keybind K), select the skill you want to equip a rune on, then select the rune from the right side of the UI.
