Halo 4 players, today is a good day, you have some new maps to kill each other in!
The latest DLC for Halo 4 is the Crimson Map Pack, available to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace for the princely sum of 800 Microsoft Points. Though, if you hold a War Games Pass, feel free to download the map pack for absolutely nothing.
The Crimson Map Pack brings three brand new maps for you to play in – Wreckage, Harvest and Shatter – as well as an extra game mode to get stuck into -Extraction.
And if that isn’t enough for you, there’s even some Achievements, eight in total, giving you the chance to bump up your Gamerscore by 250 points.
These new maps and game mode should keep your Halo 4 play time varied until the next map packs find their way to you. The Majestic and Castle map packs will be coming in February and April of 2013, and will follow the same pricing as well as being completely free for holders of the War Games Pass.
On another note, the Crimson Map Pack is around the 500MB mark, so make sure you have enough space on your hard drive to avoid disappointment!
