Pheonix Location In Hogwarts Legacy
In Hogwarts Legacy, there is only one location, where you will find a Phoenix, and that’s Phoenix Mountain Cave. It’s locked behind a quest called Phoenix Rising.

Unlike other Beasts in Hogwarts Legacy, the Phoenix doesn’t have any den or other habitat where you can find them. There is one Phoenix in the entirety of Hogwarts Legacy, and you catch it using the Nab-Sack at the near end of the Phoenix Rising quest.
How To Get Phoenix Rising Quest In Hogwarts Legacy
Phoenix Rising is the last side quest from Deek that you can get in Hogwarts Legacy by completing the following prerequisite quests:
- Complete Deek’s questline related to rescuing beasts and the Room of Requirements.
- Complete Niamh Fitzgerald’s Trial main story quest.
Once you complete the said prerequisites, you will receive an Owl Post from Professor Weasley about Deek wanting to talk with you. Head to the Room of Requirements and talk to Deek.

He will speak about a Phoenix Nest and poachers and request you to bring the Phoenix back to the Room of Requirements, where it will be safe.
After you exhaust Deek’s dialogue options, you will get the Phoenix Rising quest and a quest marker leading to the Phoenix Mountain Cave, which you will now find unlocked and interactable.
