Honkai: Star Rail – Who is Jingliu?
Jingliu in Honkai: Star Rail is an upcoming character who will be playable at some point in the future. She used to be the sword master of the Xianzhou Luofo and Jing Yuan’s master.
After being affected by the Mara curse, she was imprisoned and then escaped before being defeated by Jing Yuan in battle.

So what are Jingliu’s abilities in Honkai: Star Rail, and what’s her path? According to leaks, Jingliu will be a 5-star Ice character from the Destruction Path in the game.
She looks like she’ll be a strong damage dealer, which might make her a popular choice for a lot of players.
Her basic attack Feathered Frost will deal ice damage to an enemy and grant two stacks of “New Moon”. Her skill Moonlit River consumes two stacks of “Moonlight” and deals ice damage to an enemy and surrounding enemies.
Her ultimate deals ice damage to an enemy and all surrounding enemies. If Jingliu is transcendent, she gains two stacks of Moonlight. If not, she gains two stacks of “New Moon”.
But what is the transcendent state? According to the leaks, it activates when Jingliu has four stacks of New Moon, and sacrifices the party’s HP to give Jingliu more power. She also gains a new skill when she is transcendent.
