Voidbent Armor in New World is the Legendary Crafted Armor set that every new level 60 player wants to get their hands on. It looks awesome, and it has great stats and perks, just look at this bad boy:

To craft Voidbent armor, you will need Artifact pieces to actually be able to see the recipe when at a crafting station. NWDB has a great resource that explains this:
Recipe: Voidbent Breastplate, which requires Voidbent Ingot – an Artifact Ingredient that you must have in your inventory or the settlement’s storage for the recipe to be visible in the crafting station. Like any other ingredient for the recipe, the Artifact Ingredient is consumed on craft.
For all of the Voidbent Armor recipes, you will need Voidbent Ingots. These are the “Artifact” piece of these crafted items. Voidbent Ingots can be crafted at a Smelting Station if you have level 200 Smelting and a Tier 5 station.
Specifically for Mining Luck, you can get equipment sets, trophies, and food buffs to increase your mining luck skills. Also, the higher your mining skill, the higher your luck can be as well. If you have level 200 mining, you will inherently have 2000 mining luck.
