You get the Shroomie Cake order from Poison Mushroom Cookie, who visits the Holiday Cake Shop right after you complete the Milk Cookie order.
Players fail to get a five-star review from the Poison Mushroom Cookie because they ask her to explain the Shroomie Cake order. For this particular order, choose minimal dialogue options and “do not ask her to explain.”
After that, use the Bake a Cake button to consume 10 Baker’s Piping Bags and start making the Shroomie Cake.
You can make the Shroomie Cake in the Cookie Run Kingdom by selecting a Blueberry base with any tier with no toppings or frostings. That is it, and this will get you a five-star review from the Poison Mushroom Cookie.
The only thing you need to make the Shroomie Cake is the Vibrant Blueberry Cream that unlocks at Lvl 3 Friendly Cake Shop.
