The reveal trailer for the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game, Mutants in Manhattan, has leaked to the masses via Youtube. Developed by Platinum Games, TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan was intended to be revealed tomorrow, but the trailer has hit the Internet a few hours too early. Oops!
In response to the leak, Activision, the game’s publisher, has decided to post the full high definition trailer to their own Youtube channel as a form of damage control. Platinum Games has also Tweeted out a teaser site for the game, which features some cool logo art and a countdown timer to what is being dubbed the “Official Leak” tomorrow.
The trailer shows an army of shadowy ninjas getting ready to invade Manhattan led by the ominous villain, Shredder. The trailer also shows our teenage mutant ninja turtle protagonists in action, but the whole thing is one big CG video, so not much can be assumed in terms of gameplay. Also interesting to note is the Xbox logo at the start of the leaked version of the trailer, which implies that Microsoft has snagged advertising exclusivity for the title.
You can feast your eyes on the full trailer’s glory in both its leaked and official HD formats below.
