It wasn’t too long ago that we were reporting on the PS4 getting a price drop in Japan, Asia and possibly the UK. Since then we fully expected Sony to announce a price-drop for north America, too. Unfortunately we’ve heard nada from the platform holder, but it looks like the drop is coming anyway.
US retailer Target has updated its site showing the PS4 Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection bundle with the price-cut above it in bright red text, which implies the console will cost just $349.99.
However, upon exploring the site a little further, Target doesn’t seem to be offering the bundle at the reduced price, though it is offering $50 gift-cards on other select consoles. To us it looks like Target has accidentally leaked the price-cut ahead of the official announcement, but for the moment we can’t be 100% sure.
Still, it’s looking promising, isn’t it?
