A new asymmetrical slasher horror game, Dead By Daylight, has been revealed by developers Behaviour Interactive, the studio behind such games as Naughty Bear and Wet. In an official statement, the game has been described as:
“an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game in which one crazed killer hunts four friends through a terrifying nightmare. Players take on the role of both killer and survivors in a deadly game of cat and mouse. It’s a Mature Gamer take on the thrills of Hide & Seek!”
The game is set to be published by Payday 2 developers Starbreeze Studios. No release date or gameplay footage has been revealed as of yet but a developer’s diary has provided the first glimpses into what sounds like a game worth keeping an eye on.
