We’ve heard everything under the sun when it comes to remasters and re-releases on the PS4 and Xbox One, but we’re quite fond of them. Well, certain ones. Not Prototype. Never Prototype.
One of the latest remasters that’s been announced is Gravity Rush Remastered, which was originally a PS Vita game. Unfortunately, not many people have played Japan Studio’s epic adventure, which is a real shame, so when it was announced that it was being remade for the PS4 we weren’t too upset.
However, we’ve not seen that much of the game in action recently, but that changed today. During PlayStation Experience 2015 we got to see some new footage of the game running on PS4, and it looked immense. The graphics have been updated to make use of the PS4’s more capable hardware. The frame rate has also been bumped up to a smooth 60fps. It’s brilliant. That’s not all, though, as Gravity Rush Remastered comes with some nifty little extras such as a gallery mode chock full of concept art that includes early sketches of the game’s protagonist Kat.
Alright, enough waffle, here’s what you’re really here for.
