News: Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation Patch Is On The Way

assassin's creed III: liberationAs a fine a game as Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation is, the PS Vita exclusive is not completely without its problems.

Since the game released just under a month ago, players have encountered numerous glitches and bugs, some minor, some game breaking, some funny. Treasure chests not being accessible, dead people floating in the air and game save files being corrupted are just a few of the standout ones, with the latter being one of the most complained about over the internet.

Thankfully, Ubisoft has listened and are currently in the process of getting a patch out to fix the game save bug that has hounded players.

“Our team is in the process of finalizing the first patch for Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation” Ubisoft told Joystiq.

This update will bring a fix for the game save bug, but nothing else has been confirmed, not even the release date. Hopefully we’ll see some other issues get the attention they need in this patch, if not, maybe in a future update.

Ubisoft tend to be good with supporting games post release, so I think we can expect some more patches and who knows, maybe even some download content?
