TT Games’ upcoming super-hero packed fun-a-thon, LEGO Marvel Superheroes, will indeed be seeing a release on the next-gen consoles, according to publisher Warner Brothers.
In addition to being released on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS, PS Vita and PC, it’ll also be available for Sony’s PlayStation 4 and Microsoft’s Xbox One.
Why should I buy the next-gen version, I hear you cry. I’ve no idea to be honest. It’s not like there will be a massive graphical leap, maybe some higher resolution textures, maybe some anti-aliasing and of course some next-gen features tacked on.
It’s not that much of a surprise really, the LEGO games seem to make their way onto just about every platform available, as shown by the recent release of LEGO Batman 2 on iOS devices.
