News: Metro: Last Light Confirmed For PS4, Makes Happy Faces Everywhere

metro-last-lightSome great news just in, upcoming horror-shooter, Metro: Last Light, will indeed be coming to the PlayStation 4 as well as being released on the current generation of consoles and PC.

As well as confirming the release of Metro: Last Light for the Playstation 4, there’s also to be a separate multiplayer-only release some time after the initial launch. We’re not sure whether this will be an entirely new multiplayer experience or if it will be the same multiplayer component from the game, much like Killzone 3 and Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception.

There’s no solid date for release or mentions of any PlayStation 4 specific features, but I expect we’ll hear more as we get close to the launch of the PlayStation 4.

It’s good to know that there’s going to be a fair few games for the PlayStation 4 when it launches, even if some of them will be “upgraded” ports of current generation releases.
