News: Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta Coming To PS Vita

Unearthed-ArtThe upcoming third-person action/adventure title from Middle Eastern developer Semaphore, Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta will be coming to the PS Vita.

We recently spoke to Ahmad Jadhalla, the writer/director of Unearthed (read the interview here), and when asked whether the episodic content will be making a wave on the PS Vita Ahmad replied:

“Yes, maybe not immediately but it is in the pipeline. Also, there is one other super exciting platform which we will announce soon ;).”

We’ve no idea when Unearthed will be deploying on the Vita, but I personally reckon we’ll be joining in with Faris Jawad in some adventures this side of Christmas, hopefully.

It’s great to see a Middle Eastern developer take on the West with a new and exciting game, and even more so that they are showing a willingness to support the PS Vita when so many others are seemingly shunning the spectacular device.
