Completing the Sun Challenge requires Trainers to capture six different Pokemon. These Pokemon are all available via wild encounters. And throughout the Pokemon GO Astral Eclipse Event, they appear more frequently.

- Catch a Petilil
- Catch a Solrock
- Catch a Sunkern
- Catch a Yungoos
You will net 3,000 Stardust for finishing the Sun Challenge before the Pokemon GO Astral Eclipse Event ends on November 28, 2022, at 8:00pm local time.

Pokemon GO Astral Eclipse Collection Challenges: Moon Challenge

Like the Sun Challenge, the Moon Challenge features six Pokemon that Trainers must capture. These Pokemon also appear regularly for a limited time during the Pokemon GO Astral Eclipse Event. You will find all six of the Moon Challenge Pokemon in the wild.
- Catch an Alolan Rattata
- Catch an Alolan Sandshrew
- Catch a Clefairy
- Catch a Hoothoot
- Catch a Lunatone
- Catch a Munna
For your efforts, you will receive 3,000 Stardust if you complete the Moon Challenge before the Pokemon GO Astral Eclipse Event ends on November 28, 2022, at 8:00pm local time.
