Which Pokemon Have Been Nerfed?

Sableye
Sableye has been causing mayhem on the streets of Theia Sky Ruins since its release in late 2022.
Its move Shadow Sneak was far too powerful, making Sableye almost instantly invisible to enemies.
The time from using the move to entering stealth has been increased from 0.75 seconds to 1.5 seconds. This will give its opponents more time to retaliate. It also can’t enter stealth if stunned in between when the move is used, and when stealth begins.
Urshifu (Single Strike Style)
Just as it does in Pokemon Sword and Shield, Urshifu has two styles it can choose. Pre-patch, Single Strike was in another league of its own. Now, thanks to these nerfs, Rapid Strike Style could be seeing a lot more use.
The damage reduction of Wicked Blow while charging has dropped from 30% to 20%, whilst the upgraded version of the move has dropped from 60% to 40%.
Ebon Fist, Urshifus devastating UNITE Move, has also had its damage reduced by 25%. It will also now only deal damage to and throw the designated Pokemon when no direction is inputted.
Scizor
The speed and maneuverability of this Pokemon meant lower-level Attackers were in for a world of pain unless they ran with an Eject Button.
To balance this, the latest Pokemon UNITE update has nerfed the mobility and attack power of Swords Dance. It has increased its cooldown from 5 seconds to 6, and decreased its attack from 15% to 12%.
Scyther
If you thought Scizor was bad, Scyther was on another level. Its mobility with Dual Wingbeat, Swords Dance, and Green Illusion Dive has been heavily nerfed in the latest Pokemon UNITE update.
Similar to Scizor’s Swords Dance, Dual Wingbeat has had its cooldown increased from 5 seconds to 6. Scyther’s Sword Dance cooldown has been increased from 6 seconds to 7. Its attack has dropped from 15% to 12%.
Its UNITE Move, Green Illusion Dive, has had its Stage one area of effect (AoE) reduced by 30%, whilst its second stage dash distance has been reduced by 20%.
Mr. Mime
Mr. Mime has been subject to a number of nerfs and buffs since the game’s launch in 2021. Pre-patch, its late-game power was overwhelming. In the latest Pokemon UNITE update, Confusion, Power Swap, and Showtime! have been nerfed.
Confusion’s damage has been reduced by 15%. However, additional damage dealt when opposing Pokemon hit obstacles has not been adjusted.
The movement speed of ally Pokemon links using Power Swap has dropped from a 15% boost to 10%. Furthermore, HP restoration when linked to ally Pokemon has reduced by 15%.
Mr. Mime’s UNITE Move, Showtime!, has had its damage reduced by 10%.
Which Pokemon Have Been Buffed?

A lot of nerfs on the table for fan favourites. Has this impacted you at all?
Let’s take a look at the lucky Mons who have received a buff in the latest Pokemon UNITE update.

Clefable
Clefable’s buffs focus on its Supporter capabilities. Moonlight’s HP restoration has been increased by 15% – a somewhat controversial move. This move was fairly powerful to begin with, healing groups of allies in team skirmishes.
Gravity, a move that increases the user’s basic attack damage and reduces opponents’ movement speed, has also been buffed. The time that opposing Pokémon are left unable to act has been increased from 0.5 seconds to 1 second.
Hoopa
One of the biggest changes this update brings is in the way that Hoopa controls.
Phantom Force now targets a designated location, rather than a designated Pokemon’s location
Hyperspace Hole’s cooldown has been altered from 12 seconds to 10.
The cooldown before ally Pokemon can return to the warp location has been reduced from a massive 15 seconds to 10, and the HP restoration cooldown has been reduced from 0.5 seconds to 0.
Finally, Hoopa’s UNITE Move, Rings Unbound, has had its UNITE Gauge reduced by approximately 15%.
Dragapult
It’s no surprise that Dragapult, one of the newest releases, has been adjusted in this update. Many people thought Dragon Dance’s AoE or speed would be reduced, but that isn’t the case.
The damage dealt by Shadow Ball has been increased by 12% instead
Urshifu (Rapid Strike Style)
Its UNITE Move, Flowing Fists, has decreased the damage counter from 3 to 2, meaning that it can reach its full power much quicker.
It also sees its basic attack boosted, and a Boosted Attack cooldown reduction from 1.5 seconds to 2.
Its signature move, Surging Strikes, has also had its cooldown reduced from 13 seconds to 11.
