How to unlock Potions in Halls of Torment
In order to unlock Potions, you first need to unlock the Cupbearer NPC. To unlock him, there will be a quest line called The Cupbearer once you have rescued him in the Forgotten Viaduct. This will give you access to the first Potion of the game, which is Strong Wine. This will now be available to you at the beginning of each game.
