Rainbow Six Siege Beta Begins, New Trailer Released

The Rainbow Six Siege beta has finally gotten underway after a brief delay for some extra work on matchmaking servers. It didn’t instill much confidence with the community though, as many questioned whether the beta being delayed due to technical reasons meant that it wouldn’t launch in the best shape come December 1st. We’re actively tinkering with the beta and so far it’s been alright, but we’ve not played enough to be able to give a full review. We’ll have to wait for the game to arrive at The Games Cabin HQ.

To celebrate the beta’s (shaky) release and the upcoming full release of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft has put out a brand new trailer for the game. It’s quite an unusual trailer actually, but it’s still bloody good. There’s the damning strings playing over gunfire while the narrator (Mark Strong?) chants away for the better part of a minute. Have a peek at the video embedded below.

Rainbow Six Siege launches on December 1st for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
