Zombie shooter Resident Evil: Revelations might be making the jump from the Nintendo 3DS to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
A listing by the Korean Ratings Board currently had the title listed for a release on both of the aforementioned home consoles. The listing doesn’t give much away, there’s no sign of a release date or price at the moment. Whether this is an accidental listing due to human error (we humans are prone to errors) is unclear, but in my opinion, unlikely.
If Capcom were to bring Resident Evil: Revelations to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, it would need some serious work doing to the graphics to appease the home console crowd. Also, if this listing does turn out to be true, I think we can expect a downloadable title via Xbox Live and Playstation Network instead of a full retail release.
Personally, I think it’s more than likely that Capcom are in the process of porting the title to the home consoles, why wouldn’t they? It was well received on the Nintendo 3DS and there is definitely a fan base willing to pay on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
