Rebellion has released a brand new trailer today for the upcoming Sniper Elite 5, which is due out on May 26th, and it’s a fairly detailed little behind-the-scenes video.
The new trailer, titled “The Art of Stealth” goes behind the scenes with the motion capture artists, detailing how the Nazi neck-snapping is as accurate to real life as possible with a real-life British soldier, Paul Biddiss, providing the motion capture for the game’s Nazi hunter, Karl Fairburne.
The trailer not only details the brutal ways that players will be able to turn their enemies into hashtags, but also the non-lethal options that will be available to players wanting to preserve their sins for the worst of the worst.
Sniper Elite 5 is set to release on May 26th, 2022 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. Xbox players will be able to download and play Sniper Elite 5 on release day if they are current subscribers to Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass service. However, the Game Pass edition does not allow for the cool pre-order bonuses, so if you want to get everything, you’ll need to pony up the pennies, no matter which platform you play on.
