If you want to find the Spring of Power in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you can find it in the Akkala region. The best way to find it is to go from the East Akkala Plains Chasm and head northwest.
You will find a small forest that has a water area, with a glowing statue. This is where you can find the Goddess Statue of Power.
If this happens to be the first statue that you’ve spoken to, you’ll be sent to the Mother Goddess statue first. If not, she will ask you to bring Dinraal’s Claw.
It is an incredibly rare item in the game that you have to get but can be easy to retrieve.
How to retrieve Dinraal’s Claw in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
If you don’t happen to have Dinraal’s Claw in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom already, you’ll need to locate the big dragon – most likely finding them flying around if you go to Ulri Mountain, Skyview Tower, or Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower.
If you are planning to go to Dinraal, you’ll need to wear heat-resistance armour. Once you are close enough to Dinraal, you’ll want to shoot an arrow at one of the claws, and this will allow you to harvest them.
A shining item will begin falling towards the ground, and you’ll want to follow it in order to get the claw, otherwise, you could miss it.
Now that you have Dinraal’s Claw, return to the Spring of Power, and drop the claw into the water. You’ll be rewarded with a Ruby for completing the quest.
