Warzone Mobile: Release Date
At the moment, there is no set-in-stone release date for Warzone Mobile. Activision confirmed the game’s development back on March 10, 2022, and it’s safe to assume the developers have been hard at work in the time since. If we had to guess, Warzone Mobile will likely release alongside Warzone 2 sometime in late 2022 or early 2023.
The Call of Duty NEXT Event scheduled for September 15, 2022, will reveal more details on Warzone Mobile.
Warzone Mobile: Shared Progression
Warzone Mobile is being advertised as featuring shared progression. But what’s that mean? With Warzone Season 5: Last Stand being Warzone’s final season, it’s more likely that Warzone Mobile will share progression with the new Warzone 2. This would allow players to carry over their Warzone loadouts, cosmetics, and other account features from Mobile, to Console, to PC.
Warzone Mobile: Verdansk Returns
Verdansk, the original battleground for Call of Duty: Warzone, looks to be the setting of Warzone Mobile. A recent Warzone Mobile announcement trailer teased the return of Verdansk with a clip showcasing the famous intro sequence that plays at the beginning of a match.
Warzone Mobile: Lobby Size
The meta description on the official Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile website boasts of matches with up to 120 players.

Warzone Mobile: Pre-Registration
Also, in the meta description, there is mention of pre-registration. It reads, ‘pre-register for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile for a chance to unlock rewards at launch’. But how do you pre-register?
While the process hasn’t been officially outlined yet, we’d wager that to pre-register, you’ll need to visit the App Store or Google Play store on your device, search for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, and select the option to pre-register. You may also need to create a Call of Duty Account if you don’t already have one, enabling shared progression across the various CoD titles.
At this time, pre-registration for Warzone Mobile is not open. This might change with the Call of Duty NEXT Event on September 15, 2022, which will probably include more details on the pre-registration process, including potential rewards and how exactly to pre-register.
Warzone Mobile: Is There An Alpha Or Beta?
Will there be an alpha or a beta for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile? There’s actually a Warzone Mobile alpha going on as we speak. But unfortunately, it’s restricted to a small test group and only accessible via invitation. There’s no word on a beta for Warzone Mobile yet, but based on how Activision typically handles new CoD releases, there’s hope that a public beta will be made available down the line.
With that, you’re all caught up on all the Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile intel. Mark your calendars for September 15, 2022, as the Call of Duty NEXT Event will surely divulge even more information about Warzone Mobile.
