You’ll need to find the Mystical Cave in Disney Dreamlight Valley as part of the ‘With Great Power’ quest. During the exploration of the cave, you’ll need to unlock three gates and solve their riddles to retrieve The Orb of Power for Ursula. But first, you’ll need to find the Mystical Cave. Disney Dreamlight Valley: Mystical Cave Location
After completing the ‘Friendship Is Everything’ quest, players will be able to unlock Dazzle Beach. It is in this biome that the Mystical Cave is located. Travel along the beach until you come to the corrupted pillar. Clear the area to free Ursula.
From the pillar, turn right towards the ancient ruins with a stone door indicating the entrance to the Mystical Cave. To gain entrance to the cave, you must place Ursula’s Crystal Key on the pedestal next to the door. Then, you’ll need a few specific items to solve riddles and advance through each of the gates leading to the Orb of Power.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Mystical Cave Puzzles: How To Solve
There are three gates you must unlock by solving three separate puzzles.
First Gate
To get past the first gate you’ll have to place gemstones in each statue’s hands matching the colour of their necklaces, this means you’ll need the following:
- Peridot for the green stone statue (this can be mined from mineral veins in the Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach)
- Aquamarine for the blue stone statue (this can be mined in Dazzle Beach and the Forest of Valor)
- Garnet for the red stone statue (this can be mined in the Plaza and the Peaceful Meadow)
Second Gate
The next gate has another set of three statues, this time, however, you’ll need to plant the correct plants underneath them. Only after the crops have fully grown and been harvested, will the gate open. The correct seeds are as follows:

| “Underground” | Carrot | You can forage for carrot seeds or buy them in the Peaceful Meadow. |
| “Gold and brown” | Wheat | You can forage for wheat seeds or buy them in the Peaceful Meadow. |
| “Red and round” | Tomato | You can forage for tomato seeds or buy them in Dazzle Beach. |
Third Gate
You must now get past the third gate by cooking a dish out of the ingredients you’ve just grown. To get the recipe to do so, mine the rocks behind the cooking pot. A gold chest should spring out containing the recipe for Veggie Pasta. Now, make the Veggie Pasta and eat it to get the final gate open. From here, you should be able to travel further into the cave and retrieve the Orb of Power.
