You can obtain Gelato Flesh from both Gelato and Sorbet in FFXIV. These mobs can typically be found roaming in Coerthas Western Highlands. The best place to farm Gelato Flesh is usually around the Dreaming Dragon, as you can consistently circle around in a loop. Gelato Flesh has a relatively low drop rate. This means that you may have to farm the area for a while as you try to get the Gelato Flesh you need to make Void Glue.
Equally, you can farm them in Dusk Vigil, where they have a relatively quick respawn timer, and you can kill them over and over until you get as many Gelato Flesh as you need. Unfortunately, this is one that may take a while, especially if you are doing the quests that require Gelato Flesh.
