You can find Nutmeg by harvesting Herbs only in First Light, Weaver’s Fen, and Great Cleave in the game files. When you harvest any herbs in those regions, you have a good chance to also get Nutmeg along with your Hyssop. The only issue with Nutmeg is… there are actually no herb spawn locations at all in Weaver’s Fen or Great Cleave right now. Therefore, the only option to get Nutmeg is to harvest herbs in First Light.
