How to rank up in Wild Rift
To gain a rank in Wild Rift competitively, you will need to play games and earn something called Marks.
One Mark is earned with every win and removed with every loss, with each rank requiring a specific amount of Marks to be earned before you can move up a division or rank.
Here are the Marks you will need in each rank to go up a tier:
Rank | Marks required |
Iron | 2 Marks |
Bronze | 3 Marks |
Silver | 3 Marks |
Gold | 4 Marks |
Platinum | 4 Marks |
Emerald | 5 Marks |
Once you reach the Diamond rank, the Marks are removed and replaced with Victory Points (VP). Earning VP grants you a place on the leaderboard, which then translates to the rank you have.
You don’t necessarily need to win games to earn Victory Points, as you’ll be rewarded for good performances and carrying teammates, but wins will grant you the most.
That’s our full breakdown of the Wild Rift ranks and ranking system, and now you understand how the game’s competitive mode works.
