- Have you checked out Rainbow Six Extraction yet? It’s actually not a bad time with your buddies while you wait for Rainbow Six Mobile’s controller support.
Is Rainbow Six Mobile controller supported?
Rainbow Six Mobile publisher Ubisoft has confirmed there will be controller support for the game. This will arrive when the game is fully released around the world. Currently, there’s no date for Rainbow Six Mobile controller support yet. Ubisoft also states at the bottom of the image that “information and timing may be subject to change.” Hopefully, controller support will stay on the docket.
The worldwide rollout will also include a new operator, a match reconnect option, and a full season of content. As this is a mobile entry, Ubisoft will probably push microtransactions hard like Epic Games’ Fortnite and Clash of Clans from Supercell.

Other mobile shooters with controller support
There are a few FPS games with controller support that are worth downloading. There’s Modern Combat 5, the aforementioned Fortnite, Dead Effect, the classic DOOM, and the upcoming The Division: Resurgence, which is looking very promising. Now, we wonder if Destiny will join the fun.
You can also check out Call of Duty Mobile with a controller. The graphics are fantastic, the action feels smooth, and it features the beloved Nuketown from Call of Duty: Black Ops. It can feel mindless half the time though. It’s also missing a single-player campaign, which would be a neat feature for those to play on their own.
Hopefully, Rainbow Six Mobile, however, can provide a more strategic element to your mobile shooting experience.
