Xbox One Getting Officially Licensed Star Wars Episode 7 Controllers, Images Inside

Sony may be pushing Star Wars Battlefront hard for the PS4, but Xbox One players still have a lot of love being directed at them.

Star Wars: Episode 7 will be releasing later on this year in cinemas, but you be a part of the magic and feel the force (or vibrations) way before the old bints Han, Luke and Leia reunite to fight a new evil.

If you’re in the market for a new Xbox One controller, you may want to have a look at the officially licensed Star Wars Episode 7 that will be releasing next month. They’re decorated with some fancy decals that include the football-like droid BB-8 as well as a Stormtrooper and an X-Wing edition. They’re not out yet, but they are available to pre-order ahead of their release this October 13th.

The controllers aren’t especially expensive, either. One of the Star Wars Xbox One gamepads will set you back £39.99 – around the same price a regular controller costs. However, it’s not exactly the same as a regular gamepad. Instead of the somewhat small palm handles, the Star Wars gamepads are more along the lines of the PS4’s DualShock 4 with elongated handles.
