The Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition sold out rather quickly after it was announced by Bethesda. The reason being that it comes with the aforementioned Pip-Boy wearable that allows players to interact with their game. It’s a crazy little device, but that’s part of the appeal.
Today, Bethesda and its parent company Zenimax Media has announced the Japanese release date for Fallout 4: December 17th. That’s not all though, as the firm will be supplying a limited quantity of Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Editions for the Xbox One and PS4.
Priced at 16,800 Yen, the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition would cost roughly £90/$140, so if you’re that desperate to get your hands on one of the units, it may be worth having a look at importing a copy from Japan. However, be prepared to wait a while as delivery will take some time, plus there will be some additional costs for delivery. Failing that, you could always wait until one of the Pip-Boys end up on eBay – though you’ll probably have to sell a kidney to fund it.
Fallout 4 release in the west this November 10th on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
