How to find Bravery Island in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Bravery Island in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is located above Korok Forest in the game, and it can be accessed by using a nearby Skyview Tower. There is no Skyview Tower in Korok Forest, but you can use the one to the north in Thyphlo Ruins. If you have Tulin you can use his power to boost you over to the island quicker.
There’s a lower section, a large spiralling tower and another island way at the top. If you land on the lower island you can speak to a Steward Construct there and he will teleport you up to the top. There’s also a Device Dispenser, and the Simosiwak Shrine you can use to quickly fast travel back to the island.

How to complete the Bravery Island diving challenge in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
To take part in the Bravery Island dive challenge in Tears of the Kingdom, speak to the Steward Construct on the lower island. It will ask you to provide one Zonai Charge in exchange for a shot at the diving challenge.
You will have 35 seconds to dive through all the rings in the challenge. If you’re having trouble reaching all the rings, you can re-adjust your position by opening your glider briefly, as this will stop your falling momentum. The game is quite generous with the time – we opened the glider a few times on the way down and still beat the time limit.
If you’re fast enough, the Steward Construct will reward you with the Glide Tights, which are part of the Glide set. This set increases your Skydive Mobility when worn. You can also earn a Large Zonai Charge every time you beat your previous high score, which is a good way to get them!
