If you’re struggling to make money in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, selling Diamonds is the best way to go. However, it can be hard to find them. If you’re struggling to get your hands on some Diamonds in Tears of the Kingdom, this guide will tell you the best places to find Diamonds in the game so that you can start making money quickly in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to gear yourself up.
Best places to farm Diamonds in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
There isn’t really a specific place that is the best for farming Diamonds in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, but you can find ore deposits in caves that are extra sparkly and they are more likely to carry Diamonds in them than ones that aren’t as shiny. Diamonds are incredibly rare, so it is a lot harder to get hold of them.
There are select treasure chests you can find Diamonds throughout Hyrule too. There are six chests in total that you can find Diamonds in. They are the following:
- Yomizuk Shrine in Tarm Point Cave (4413, -0613, 0049)
- Jochi-ihiga Shrine (3811, 1219, 0104)
- Sihajog Shrine near Valor Island in the sky (4545, -0846, 1134)
- Mayaotaki Shine in the North Lomei Labyrinth (0825, 3535, 0249)
- Maoikes Shrine (2275, 0149, 0085)
- Royal Hidden Passage chest in Hyrule Castle, near the Observation Room (-0254, 0762, 0088)
If you are strong enough to get into a fight with a Stone Talus, they also have a small chance of dropping Diamonds. You also have the opportunity to save before killing the Talus so that you can reload the save and try again if you want to get a Diamond.
You can also get Diamonds from Dondons if you feed them a luminous stone which is found by smashing luminous ore deposits. Once you’ve fed them, come back 10 to 20 minutes later and you will have your reward. It is a lengthy process though, so it’s not as recommended as other processes.
Equally, you can purchase Diamonds from Goron City (1643, 2444, 0381) and they will cost you a whopping 1,000 Rupees each. Only do this if you have a lot of Rupees saved up and you’re wanting to craft special weapons that require Diamonds.
That’s everything you need to know about obtaining Diamonds in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
