So, if you have any pending graphics driver updates, we recommend downloading and installing it and performing a reboot. Doing so will make your card ready for handling Hogwarts Legacy from a software point of view.
Graphics Settings Tweak
Installing the latest graphics driver doesn’t mean you will magically get a massive FPS boost and no crashes, even when using a low-end card with Hogwarts Legacy graphics settings maxed out.
Issues like Thermal Throttling affect performance, but sometimes when your GPU is overused, and the temperature is more than it can handle, your PC will crash to keep the hardware safe.
So to avoid that, set your graphics settings depending on your card. Disabling Ray Tracing and other such visual settings will help you fix crashes and performance issues.
Verify Games File Integrity
Sometimes, a few game files get broken during the download process. This usually happens when you suddenly exit Steam or Epic Games, pause and resume the download multiple times.

If any game files are broken, you must reinstall Hogwarts Legacy.
Reinstall The Game
If Hogwarts Legacy is still crashing after trying the above fixes, it’s time to reinstall it. Sometimes, a fresh installation fixes most issues with any game, including Hogwarts Legacy. So it is worth trying out.
