Koraidon and Miraidon aren’t your average Legendary Pokémon. Serving as a trusty steed across land, sea, and air, no obstacle is too formidable for Koraidon and Miraidon.

Miraidon and Koraidon have five different forms as detailed below:

  • Low-Power Mode when it has little power.
  • Drive Mode when travelling on land.
  • Aquatic Mode when travelling in the water.
  • Glide Mode when travelling in the skies.
  • Ultimate Mode during battle and full strength.

Both Legendary Pokemon can gain these modes by defeating Titans in the “Path Of Legends” quest line.

Legendary Pokémon Koraidon And Miraidon Builds / Modes

Legendary Pokemon Sprinting Build / Drive Mode

Replacing the iconic bicycle, Koraidon and Miraidon can transform into motorcycle-like creations that’ll make it faster and easier to traverse the meadows, wastelands, mountain ranges, and cobblestone streets of the Pokémon Paldea region.

Drive Mode Miraidon sees this Legendary Pokémon transform its throat and tail into wheel-like rings that propel it forward at high speeds.

Legendary Pokemon Swimming Build / Aquatic Mode

The lakes, rivers, and oceans of Paldea are ripe for exploration thanks to legendary Pokemon Koraidon and Miraidon from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Koraidon’s Swimming Build or Miraidon’s Aquatic Modes allow trainers to approach water-based Pokémon or simply cross the treacherous waters.

In Swimming Build, Koraidon puffs out its throat and uses it as a flotation device. To paddle through the water Koraidon spreads a membrane between its toes, effectively creating flippers.

Miraidon’s Aquatic Mode looks a lot like its Drive Mode, but in the water, Miradon uses the built-in jet engines on its legs to thrust forward.

Legendary Pokemon Gliding Build / Glide Mode

One of the coolest aspects of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the ability to soar across the landscape with the Paraglider. Well, you can pull this off in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet too with Koraidon and Miraidon.

Jump from mountains, cliffs, or skyscrapers and take to the skies of Paldea with Koraidon’s Gliding Build or Miraidon’s Glide Mode.

The antennas on Miraidon’s head aren’t just for looks. When Miraidon initiates Build Mode, its antennas extend into sheets of energy that allow it to glide freely.
