To evolve weapons in Vampire Survivors, you must upgrade the respective weapon to max level. For most weapons, it’s level 8. Once that is done, you must hold the required passive item, which also must be at max level in most cases, and open a chest.

How to obtain and use evolved weapons in Vampire Survivors
Once you have met the criteria for evolving a weapon in Vampire Survivors, you can obtain the evolved version from Chests that drop from elite enemies and bosses that often spawn every 10 minutes in any level.
