Build Synapsis
The Frostmaiden is an Amazon build based on using Freezing Arrow. This build focuses on safety and crowd control. A bonus is that gearing is relatively cheap making it an easy choice for progressing through nightmare and hell difficulties.
Skills
The following section lists the core abilities for this build. Freezing Arrow is your main ability. Valkyrie offers a solid addition to help deal with tanking creatures and dealing with cold immunes. Any other points are up to you.

The mercenary of choice is the Act 2 Might/Blessed Aim/Holy Freeze. The might mercenary will increase the damage of your physical shots, the Blessed aim will help you hit with your physical shots better, and the Holy freeze will help keep creatures away from you for survivability.
