Guardian Raids and Abyss Dungeons are instances in Lost Ark that have a group of players enter an area to take down a single strong Boss enemy. In this guide, we’ll go over the best Sorceress Builds for Raids. The primary goal of the skill selections is focusing on the use of Single Target skills and Tripods that deal more damage to Boss type enemies. Also making use of party synergy buffs to improve the effectiveness of your groups skills.
These battles start out fairly easy, but by the later stages of the game are the most difficult content the game has to offer. You will definitely want to choose a good group to attempt to clear this content and progress your character further. This guide will help you choose the best Stats, Skills, Tripods, Runes, and Strategies for getting in and out with ease.

Igniter Raid Build
The Ignition build revolves around dealing massive burst damage in a shot period of time, and then has a period of down time while we build up to the Identity Gauge to repeat the process.
This build has the benefits of being ranged, doesn’t require the need to be in front of or behind the boss for bonus positional damage, and has high part break damage.
However, this build doesn’t have much defensive capabilities, has long cast times with no interrupt immunity, and doesn’t give us much mobility and positioning will be very important.
This build is better for players who have a lot of experience with Boss fight mechanics. If you know how and when to reliably set yourself up to deal their burst damage effectively this build is for you.
Later on, with high enough Specialization it will be faster to build Identity Gauge to get the Arcane Torrent buff. Furthermore, with enough Swiftness it will be possible to perform 2 casts of our biggest skill within the duration of one Arcane Torrent buff.
Strategy
To be an effective party member in Raids here’s the general strategy for Ignition Sorceress:
Maintain the debuff on the boss with Blaze to ensure that the boss takes increased the damage.
Build Identity gauge by rotating in the use of these skills:
- Frost’s Call
- Rime Arrow
- Esoteric Reaction
- Auto Attack
- Squall 1
- Doomsday 2
1 – Squall has the ability to counter bosses. Only use it if you know that the boss has already been countered recently. (under 30 seconds)
2 – Doomsday should only be used last to build Identity Gauge, if the Identity Gauge is near completion, hold off on using it until it is ready. This also goes for Explosion and Lightning Bolt as they both have longer cooldowns.
Blink should only be used in emergency circumstances as it consumes the Identity Gauge.
Combat Stats
With the Igniter Class Engraving, choose Specialization for generating Identity Gauge faster, thus reducing the time between Arcane Torrent states. Choose Crit or Swiftness as a secondary stat.

Reflux Raid Build
The Reflux build is a very simple one. Due to the Identity Skill: Arcane Rapture being disabled, the focus is solely on casting all spells when they are available. This means this build is much more consistent in its damage output and makes it easier to play.
This build has the benefits of being a quick casting ranged damager, doesn’t require the need to be in front of or behind the boss for bonus positional damage, has high mobility due to being able to use Blink instead of Arcane Rapture, and can sustain damage on the boss at all times.
However, this build doesn’t have much defensive capabilities, no interrupt immunity, and can’t be relied upon for burst opportunities for bosses.
This build is better for players who don’t have a lot of experience with Boss fight mechanics. Or players who just want a more forgiving play experience.
Later on, the build doesn’t change much but won’t be able to compete with the high burst damage and total damage potential of the Ignition Build.
Strategy
Movement: Identity Skill: Blink can be used in many circumstances for movement as we don’t have to worry about using the Identity Skill: Arcane Rapture.
Synergy: Maintain the debuff on the boss with Flame to ensure that the boss takes increased the damage.
Stagger: Punishing Strike and Doomsday have the highest Level of Stagger.
Weak Point / Destruction: Doomsday and Explosion are the best skills for Weak Point Destruction. For Bosses that have this mechanic select the Tripod 1: Weak Point Enhancement on Inferno when needed.
Counter: Squall has the ability to counter bosses. Only use it in your damaging rotation if you know that the boss has already been countered recently. (Bosses have an internal cooldown of 30 seconds after a successful counter)
Combat Stats
With the Reflux Class Engraving, choose Crit as this build makes use of many tripods that improve critical damage. Secondly, choose Swiftness as a secondary stat.
