Playstation Plus for the PS Vita is only days away, next Tuesday to be precise.
Sony, the devils they are has released some details for what we can expect to get out of our PS Plus membership. You won’t be disappointed either.
From next Tuesday you will be able to download 6 of the finest games currently available for the PS Vita. Just make sure that you have updated to the latest firmware v2.00 which releases the day before. Otherwise you won’t be able to download any of the goodies and you will just feel sorry for yourself.
The six games are:
Uncharted: Golden Abyss
Wipeout 2048
Jet Set Radio
Mutant Blobs Attack!
Final Fantasy Tactis: The War of The Lions (PSP)
OK, so one of them is technically a PSP game, but its still free! Well, sort of. The cost of one years membership with Playstation Plus more than covers the cost of these games. If you were to download all of these from the UK PSN store it would cost well over £100, a yearly PS Plus subscription is no more than £40. See the logic? It’s a great deal that any PS Vita owner should jump on and will especially benefit those who are new to the console.
Bear in mind though, this bunch of games will take up a lot of memory card space, and I mean lots. You will need at the bear minimum an 8GB memory card, but if you are going to want to download other games, PSP titles and PSOne Classics, 16GB would be a safe bet if you don’t want to spring out for the rather expensive 32GB card.
