How to get the Towing Harness for your horse in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
To get the Towing Harness in Tears of the Kingdom, you will need to earn three Pony Points and cash them in at any stable around Hyrule.
Pony Points are a currency system that lets you earn points by visiting stables for the first time, registering horses, or purchasing a room for the night. You can cash in the points at any stable by using the booklet at the inside desk.
The first reward you can get with Pony Points is the Towing Harness, making it fairly simple to acquire.
