Gears of War: Judgment has its first DLC ready and waiting for you on the Xbox Live marketplace, and best of all, it’s completely free.
The new download content adds a new map and game mode to the barebones multiplayer mode, so it’s a bonus that it’s free. The Haven download-content is available for free, but for a limited time only so head on over to the Xbox Live marketplace and make sure you get it while it’s hot!
As we mentioned in our review of Gears of War: Judgment, the multiplayer is seriously lacking in content and we predicted that the multiplayer offering may get a bulk up in the form of paid DLC sometime down the line, and with this free piece of DLC, it definitely looks that way. In giving out one free map and game mode it keeps people interested and more likely to buy into the incoming DLC which will no doubt follow in the next few weeks.
