Star Trek: The Video Game comes from Digital Extreme who previously brought us Unreal Tournament, Homefront for the PC and free-to-play Warframe on Steam.
Check out the trailer below, and don’t worry you wont need your shades, there’s none of the “realistic glare” effect that J.J Abrams just simply loves.
As with all licensed games based on movies, my hopes aren’t high. Though, going off the trailer alone, it looks pretty cool and might be worth dipping in to. Be sure to check back in for our review of Star Trek in the next couple of days.
Star Trek is out today in North America and here in the UK and Europe on April 26th for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
