Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Jam Location
Jam can be found in almost any city that has an Artisan Bakery. It’s certainly easier than getting to Area Zero. You can go to Mesagoza, the introductory city in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet for this item. You can find this particular store on the western side of Mesagoza, nearby the Deliberd Presents. Once you arrive, you’ll find the jam ingredient below Cream Cheese and above Olive Oil. Jam only costs $120 per item, so you can grab as much as you’d like, and we’d recommend you do that.
- If you want to try tough tera raids, you should try to find the Belly Drum TM.
What You Can Do With Jam
With this newfound jam, you can start making recipes with this ingredient. One of the first recipes you’re given is the Jam Sandwich. By using jam and strawberries, you can make this sweet treat. It will give you a boost in catching power with fighting types, better item drop power with psychic Pokemon, and one of the best buffs, improved Egg Power.
Egg Power is especially helpful as it will help you breed Pokemon. If you match a male and female version of a Pokemon, it will create an egg within a basket behind the table during picnics. Yes, the daycare is no more in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The Egg Power from the Jam Sandwich will improve the chances of an egg appearing in the basket.
You can also match any Pokemon with a Ditto to create an egg. For example, if you want a new Sprigatito after evolving it, you can create a new egg with the adorable grass-type cat inside.
Other Pokemon Scarlet and Violet sandwiches improve your chances of getting a shiny. There are all sorts of uses for the picnic functionality in the game. Unfortunately, none of them can skip time from day to night.
