The Elite Four in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are the final part of the Victory Road path. These four Trainers (as well as a final fight against the Pokemon Champion), are a gruelling challenge that only the very best will be able to take on.
Beat these fearsome Trainers and, like Nemona, you’ll be crowned the Champion of Paldea and complete the Victory Road path.
This guide will break down who the Paldean Elite Four are, their strengths and weakness, as well as how to take down the Champion.

Who Are The Elite Four?
The Elite Four are (nearly) the final challenge in traditional Pokemon games. The Victory Road path in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet takes Trainers back to basics with this gauntlet at the end of their journey.
These Trainers are usually experts in a particular type, with the Champion having a mixed-type team.
You can take on the Elite Four and the regional Champion once you have collected badges from defeating eight Gym Leaders all across the Paldea region.
The Elite Four consist of:
- Rika – Ground-type Elite Four member
- Poppy – Steel-type Elite Four member
- Larry – Flying-type Elite Four member
- Hassel – Dragon-type Elite Four member
- Champion Geeta

How Can I Fight Them?
You will be able to fight the Elite Four once you complete a test. This quiz is pretty tough, so make sure you study up before you accept it.
Once you pass, you’ll step into the ring with the first member of the Elite Four. From this point, it’s between you and Arceus. As ever, there are no Poke Centers to heal at in between fights, so make sure you come equipped with Hyper Potions. Can you endure five fights in a row?

Tips For Beating Scarlet and Violet’s Elite Four
Okay, you didn’t hear this from us. But Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have no restrictions to accessing the Boxes that store all of your Pokemon. This is usually a great thing – it means you can swap your team at will when you’re on the road. However, it also means you can do it in between the Elite Four fights. Placing your Pokemon in boxes won’t heal them though, so don’t go getting any ideas.
We also recommend being around level 60. Geeta’s ace, Glimmora, is level 62.
Stock up on healing items, make sure your Pokemon are strong enough, and head into the building when you’re ready. Good luck!
